Anay Rodriguez, RDN, is a bilingual Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist based in Miami, Florida, practicing since 2014. She has expertise in addressing diverse nutritional needs such as bariatrics, hormonal imbalances, and diabetes, leading to improved overall health for her clients. Anay earned her degree from Keiser University and completed her dietetic internship at Memorial Hospital. She advocates for a “food as medicine” approach, aiming to reshape nutritional habits and prevent chronic illnesses. Anay has lectured for corporations like Carnival Cruise Lines and BankUnited, and participated in health fairs, hospitals, and community centers. Fluent in English and Spanish, her wellness articles have appeared in Doral Magazine. She has been a member of the Commission of Dietetic Registration since 2014 and chairs the Board of Directors of the American Healthy Weight Alliance. Outside of her professional life, Anay enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her dog, Logi.

Sandra Castellano, is a bilingual registered and licensed dietitian who is the co-founder of Nutrition Consultants on Demand based in Florida.  Sandra is passioned and advocates to provide culturally diverse nutrition care and support to our Hispanic/Latino population wherever they are.  Sandra earned an AA from Miami Dade College and received her bachelor’s degree in Dietetics and Nutrition from Florida International University.  She has over 30 years of experience translating evidence-based, patient centered care in a variety of settings and roles in clinical nutrition, food service management leadership and wellness.   She has expertise in addressing divers nutritional needs such as weight management, general nutrition /chronic disease management and prevention. 

Sandra is native from Chile and moved with her family to sunny Florida and since then it has been her home and continue sharing and enjoying the culture and foods from her country.  Today, Sandra with her own family has blended the Chilean and Cuban delicious foods and traditions to cherish with family , friends and her clients.  She believes Food is Medicine and can be continue enjoying it with your traditions and culture.
